The Doll Behind It All

Growing up decoden was a deep interest of mine. I would spend time watching YouTube videos of girls creating decoden accessories or trading them and opening decoden packages. The memories of these videos feel so deeply nostalgic now. In my champagne year, I made an honest effort to reconnect with my younger self and find unity or oneness in my journey. Reconnecting with interests buried away that I once wanted to do but just never knew how.

Today, as a more confident, actualized and ambitious version of that little girl I’m proud to both explore and present Rotten Dolls. A space where my younger self is jubilant and safe to express.

Every Rotten creation is made by hand with intention in every detail. Each piece is a tiny world of its own with unique character and personality that allows you to connect and express. My hope is that these creations help you get in touch with your younger self too.

I have always considered myself a little more alternative; a little outside of the box. My mom calls me the wildflower. I want the The Rotten Report to feel like an underground publication or record of sorts. A little dark, a little editorial, a little you either get it or you don’t. A space for stray thoughts and philosophical rabbit holes. Think less polished opinion and more personal archive. I want the Rotten Report to be something you stumble upon, flip through and maybe find something that lingers.
